Refund policy


At Detroit Diva™, every product is made to order—created especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because everything is produced on demand, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the rare case an item arrives damaged or defective. We stand behind the quality of our designs and our production partners, and if an issue ever arises, we’ll make it right with care and attention.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must request an authorization by emailing info@detroitdiva.comwithin 14 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Once your request is authorized, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Refunds or replacements are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Authorization Required

All returns or refunds must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Why We Have This Policy

As a start-up business, we are not yet positioned to absorb the costs of returns or exchanges without raising prices. Since every product is made when it's ordered, and we don't have a physical store, we aren't equipped to be successful with a return/exchange policy. We hope to one day be positioned as a global leader who can offer those perks to our customers.
